When utilizing AI to enhance my Resume, I instructed it to expand upon my technological skills and how they were applicable to Business Management. Additionally, I instructed the AI to expand the (little) volunteer experience and try to use it to illustrate the skills that I developed in the volunteer hours that I had. I would say that it was very helpful in doing that. Although I didn’t copy word to word what the AI suggested, I tried to expand pretty much everything on my resume. It helped me with some of the vocabulary that more accurately describes my experience and the skills that I have picked up. Furthermore, it expanded the listed skills that I had and told me how they should be described in a resume to better understand how they apply in a Business Management setting. It didn’t just make it more complete; it made it more fitting for the jobs that I am likely to be applying for. Overall, the AI Enhancement was a necessary step in my opinion. It makes my Resume look much more complete and is absolutely stronger in illustrating my current skillset and should absolutely appear stronger should I apply for any openings moving forward!
